Terms of use
A short agreement for a game that costs nothing, sells nothing and knows nothing about you.

Your licence
Sunny Sort is licensed to you, not sold. Costa Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on Apple devices you own or control, for as long as you like, at no cost.
What you may not do
- Copy, redistribute or resell the app or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Remove or alter any notice of ownership inside the app.
What we do not charge for
Sunny Sort is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription, no currency and no advertising. If you are ever asked to pay for Sunny Sort anywhere other than a price shown by Apple on the App Store, it is not us.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, restore it or transfer it. Deleting the app deletes it permanently, and that is a consequence of the privacy design rather than an oversight.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is today. Future versions may add, change or remove levels and features. We may stop distributing the app at any time; a copy already installed keeps working.
No warranty
Sunny Sort is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is a puzzle game made by one person in their spare time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Costa Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple’s own Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of Sunny Sort, and where the two conflict on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms govern. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
