Privacy policy
Sunny Sort collects nothing. This page exists to say exactly that, and to be specific enough that you can check it.
Last updated September 8, 2026
The short version. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no trackers and no account. It opens no network connection at all. Nothing about you leaves your device, because nothing about you is ever collected.
What we collect
Nothing. Sunny Sort does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information of any kind. There is no sign-in, no profile, no email capture and no identifier tied to you.
What is stored on your device
The app writes a single file inside its own private container on your iPhone. That file holds:
- the highest level you have completed, and the level you are due to play next;
- your settings, such as whether sound is on.
That file never leaves the device. It is not backed up to any server we control, it is not readable by other apps, and we have no way to see it. Deleting Sunny Sort deletes it.
Third parties
There are none. The app bundles no advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting or social SDK. No third-party code runs inside Sunny Sort, so no third party can observe your use of it.
Network access
The app makes no network requests. It works in airplane mode, in flight, and on a phone that has never had a SIM. If you ever see Sunny Sort asking for the network, treat it as a bug and tell us.
Children
Sunny Sort is rated for all ages and is safe for children: since it collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children either. There is no chat, no user-generated content and no link out to the open web from inside the game.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to request. To erase everything the app has ever stored, delete the app.
Changes
If a future version ever collects anything — it has no plans to — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here rather than buried. The date at the top always reflects the current text.
